Gresham Foster
Gresham joined Anchors Smith Grimsley in 2011 and has since earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law. His primary practice is in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate while concentrating in Trust Preparation and Trust Administration.
Gresham and his family have resided in the local area since 1985. After Gresham graduated from Ft. Walton Beach High School, he attended the University of Mississippi for a year. He then returned to the local area where he attended Okaloosa-Walton Community College and received his Associate of Arts Degree. Gresham completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama, his true calling, where he received his Bachelor of Science.
Gresham then attended Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Falkner University where he earned his Juris Doctor and a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution. After completing law school in 2011 he returned to the local area and commenced his practice of law with ASG.
Gresham actively participates as a member of the Okaloosa County Bar Association, the Estate Planning Council of the Emerald Coast, and is a member of the Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce. He is also on the Board of Directors and the Executive Board for the Emerald Coast Foundation, which is a nonprofit charity who provides support, resources, and funding to local children's charities, in order that they may achieve all their goals.
Gresham enjoys everything this area has to offer, from watersports and fishing in the summer to the hunting and more fishing in the winter, at least when the College Football schedule permits him to do so.
Gresham's practice areas include Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Probate, Real Estate, and Business Law.
